Millennium Trek is a Home Stay Trekking in the lap of Annapurna and Pokhara City. This is famous for Beginners Hike or Easy trek and experiencing the lifestyle of local people, especially Gurung and Magar ethnic groups.

The millennium trek could refer to a trekking route developed or popularized around the turn of the millennium (early 2000s), or it may be a more recent development. Trekking routes in Nepal often lead to high-altitude areas, providing stunning views of the Himalayan peaks, traditional villages, and diverse ecosystems but this trek offer you all this experience without climbing high altitude. This is purely homestay and cultural trek that offers local organic cuisines. Bonfire, shaman practice and cultural dance is unique experiences you can have in this trek.

The story behind Millennium Cave & Home Stay Trek:

Locals discovered the cave in 1995 after their goat fell into a deep gorge. They heard the sound of the goat but couldn't see it. Later, they found the goat inside the cave. This led to the naming of the cave. The locals found the cave very attractive due to its 65-meter circumference (round), 25-meter height, ladders with a waterfall, and the habitat of bats. The cave features numerous shapes resembling animals such as elephants, bulls, snakes, crabs, and mountain formations, all crafted naturally from limestone and water. Subsequently, they began advertising it for tourism. This cave is considered unique in South Asia. Geologist Dr. Krishna KC named the cave as Millennium Cave and trek as Millennium Trek in 2000 with 7 days long plan connecting more than 41 villages of different castes and ethnicity.
